At the beginning of the ship supply, we were faced with a lot of difficulties.Procurement of goods, storage of goods,customs clearance issues, and on-time delivery, etc. are all important issues that need to be resolved.
So we established a centralized procurement department to optimize the procurement process of lubricants and other products first. Then we partner with the best local warehouses in each city to ensure that there are no problems with the storage of the goods.
We also contacted the customs of each city and reached an agreement with them, laying the foundation for customs clearance of the the goods afterwards.
